Vinyl: F (A couple small marks I could feel on sides 1 & 4, otherwise G-VG. Initials on labels.)
Sleeve: G+ (Would go VG, but has a pinhole straight through. A little splitting on top edge & inside gatefold. Bit of rub wear on back.)
