Lot of 2 "Capitol Critters" toys/figurines from Burger King in 1992. 1 is still sealed. Includes a backdrop / punchout accessory sheet, also still sealed. That bag looks like some cola was spilled on it. Opened toy shows some very minor wear on edges on back. See pictures. Always be aware that plastic may develop a sticky/tacky texture as it ages.
